Shipping Policy

Most Products will ship from Spider Marine within 12-48 business hours after receipt of order ( Mon-Fri 8.00-5.00pm EST are business hours) Shipment tracking numbers can be provided at customer request. Most products are shipped by Ground service as default.

The ground shipping charges are applicable to most products in the shop for the 48 contiguous states but will be higher for Hawaii & Alaska. You will receive an email or phone call to advise you of the cost change if an additional charge is necessary.


We will gladly accept returns on products you have ordered incorrectly, as long as we are notified within 7 days from the date of sale. Spider Marine backs all products sold with a 100% money back guarantee, so you can feel confident and safe with your purchasing decision. All exchanges/returns must receive an RMA number from Spider Marine before they are shipped to us. RMA numbers are valid for a 30 period once they are issued. Any item returned after 30 days from the date of issuance of an RMA number will be discarded. Your replacement product cannot be shipped out until we receive & inspect the product originally shipped at our warehouse. All exchanges/returns must be unopened, unused and in original manufacturers packing in a condition which will allow us to resell the product or return it to the manufacturer. Spider Marine does not accept returned materials which have been installed, used, or altered in any way (Please note that Spider Marine products cannot be used as "Test Equipment". Once an item has been installed, used, or altered it is not eligible for return, and is only supported by exchange/replacement as per our warranty policy). Items returned outside the above condition may be returned to customer, at the customer's expense. If customer fails to respond, the item will be discarded by Spider Marine after a period of 7 days from date of acceptance. No returns will be accepted for aftermarket products mistaken to be manufactured by OE manufacturer. Any inquiries regarding warranties and returns must be sumbitted in writing via email. Phone messages regarding warranties will be discarded.

Warranty Information

All units are warrantied for one (1) year from date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover any other type of damage, including, but not limited to all water damage, weathering, or mechanic error. Warranty is void if internal parts are removed. All warranty claims must first receive an RMA number before they can be shipped back. RMA numbers are valid for a 30 period once they are issued. Any item returned after 30 days from the date of issuance of an RMA number will be discarded. All warranty claims are supported by an exchange of defective unit for functional unit only. Spider Marine's liability is limited to the value of goods sold. We are not responsible for any damage or expense occasioned by the defective goods. Any inquiries regarding warranties and returns must be sumbitted in writing via email. Phone messages regarding warranties will be discarded.
